My journey with 310 started in May of 2016. I remember mid to late April chasing my 16 month old son around and being winded, then seeing pictures of myself holding him and I still looked pregnant plus some extra weight.
I remember lying in bed one night with tears streaming down my face wondering how at 26 years old I had let myself get so “gross” and imagining that one day my son would look back at pictures of us and think his mom was so fat.
